Very well, my name is Ravid Fox (formerly Tanenbaum).
I am the mother of two beautiful daughters and I am in one of the most exciting, challenging and rewarding areas of work with women, and more specifically with children and adolescents.
I "wear two hats": Behavior Analyst and Biofeedback Therapist. I often like to wear these two hats together and combine them in my daily work.
For almost a decade now, I have been accompanying families, children, educational groups and teenagers to improve behavior, develop abilities and personal development.
I started my journey on this "journey" quite by accident, when my eldest daughter was born. I was working at El Al at the time and felt that I couldn't exhaust my parenthood and had to look for another meaning in life.
I turned to art education out of love for the profession and taught many dozens of students, and as a teacher I grew out of the field. I discovered how much power and art I have to make a difference for those who are struggling. While teaching, I worked in various positions in the system, studied mediation and, on the recommendation of a close friend and work colleague, got acquainted with the field of behavior analysis. I turned to research because of the understanding and need in this area in individuals and groups.
For several years, I have combined the field of teaching and the field of behavior analysis in order to get acquainted with the field and gain experience. I worked 5 years in a school for severe conduct disorders until two years ago in 2020 I decided to focus solely on working as a behavioral analyst and biofeedback therapist.
Today I work through Matia Netanya as a behavioral analyst at various educational institutions in the city.
In my work, I combine: leading educational groups, building individual and group behavior plans, encouraging appropriate behavior, individual and group treatment of children with a wide range of difficulties: emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, ASD, attention and concentration difficulties, and much more .
In addition to my work in educational institutions, I combine private work in a clinic in Netanya under the close supervision of child and youth psychiatrist Dr. Yigal Gutnik and meet with children and adolescents with developmental problems, ASD, attention and concentration difficulties, emotional behavioral disorders. difficulties and much more.
About 4 years ago I completed a biofeedback course and in my work I sometimes like to combine the two approaches together.
In my private work, I accompany families who are ready to go with me on a common "journey" in which we will improve and enhance the quality of life of the child and those around him. Combined behavioral approach / biofeedback.
I invite you to go on a joint "journey" with me.
What is required to start treatment with behavior analysis/biofeedback?
Contact the clinic or my personal mobile.
In the conversation, I will focus on a number of issues and details, and later we will set up an introductory meeting where we will get to know your needs and what brought you to me together.
Later I will get to know your child and you, your plans and lifestyle. Together we will set therapeutic goals and go on a “joint journey” together.
Accompaniment is carried out in close contact and includes: providing advice and tools to parents, meeting with the child, building a behavior plan and providing assistance in any need that may arise.
